Clingman was a teacher and taugh 6th grade. After school he was a husband, father, singer and songwriter. He also recorded for Dot and Liberty Bell records, amongst other. He also eventually ended up the owner of Viv Records. Sadly, he passed away on the 20th Feb 2011.
